SMS Messaging Terms and Compliance
1. Program Description
The MLK9 messaging program sends appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, customer support communications, and information related to requested services.
Customers may enroll through the MLK9 website, consultation forms, booking forms, or other scheduling platforms used by MLK9. SMS consent is collected separately through an opt-in checkbox or another clear consent method.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required to purchase any product or service.
2. Cancellation Instructions
You may cancel SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to the number that sent the message.
After submitting STOP, you may receive a confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages unless you enroll again or provide new consent.
